Nosh is back

Word is finally out! Nosh President Darrell Tiemens, Vice-President Kate Logan and the rest of the new committee are delighted to announce that 'Nosh Narrabri' (formerly known as 'Nosh on the Namoi") is set for return in August 2017

Following on from the great success of Nosh on the Namoi last year, a small group of passionate and enthusiastic foodies brimming with new ideas have joined forces to commence planning for a revitalised and fresh Nosh, where a simplification of the event allows the true essence of Nosh to once again become the main focus.

"Nosh gives local and regional growers and producers the opportunity to show off their great food and wine to the broader community." says the President Darrell Tiemens

The Nosh Narrabri weekend is set for Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th August 2017, and promises to b e an opportunity for gastronomes to be immersed in all things food and wine.

Stage on the banks of the Namoi River, Nosh Narrabri will showcase local and regional produce, along with wine tasting and entertainment. The opportunity to sample a delicious range of food from the entire region, along with live music and market stalls, will provide a weekend foor people to relax and enjoy the culinary delights outdoors - just what Nosh is renowned for.

The Nosh foodie weekend would of course not be complete without the return of the Nosh Long Lunch on Sunday 27th August, 2017, with fantastic local and regional food and wine presented by Relish catering under the fabulous NW marquee and alongside jazzy tunes to dance the afternoon away.

"The quality of food and wine emerging from this region is really amazing and we hope people from throughout the region will consider paying Nosh a visit in 2017".

There are still opportunities to get involved in the various committees and organising panels. Everyone is welcome!
